The decision is the primitive
A document is a container for typed decision objects — each with a question, options, owner, stakes, an agent recommendation, and its basis. Status is explicit, not buried in prose.
The agent proposes, you resolve
Your own local agent drafts blocks and proposes decisions over an HTTP API. Only a human resolves them — the pull-request model, expressed at the API level.
Read-and-decide surface
The web app shows the document, surfaces the decisions that need you, and lets you make the call with a rationale. Authoring happens in your agent, not in-app.
